CS Nikita Shukla is a Commerce Graduate, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also hold a degree of LLB from Rajasthan University.

Ms. Nikita has an enriched experience of about 8 years in the field of corporate laws and Compliance. Her core expertise lies in the field of Company Secretarial matters, RBI Regulations, Corporate Governance advisory matters and due diligence.

She is actively advising various NBFCs and Startups for their day-to-day Compliance needs. She is overseeing and developing firm’s corporate and startup practice across sectors, specializing in Angel Investments, Seed Funding, Venture Capital, Corporate Structuring, Data Privacy, and Fintech in India and the startups offering focuses on early-stage funding and advice to startups including managing and dealing with all the regulatory compliances.
